Meet a Munich GMAT Tutor: Theo R.

Theo R. grew up in Vancouver but moved to Seattle in high school following his mother's job transfer. Theo remained in the United States for college, earning a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Washington. During his undergrad, he worked part-time as a tutor in his university's learning lab and loved helping other students master concepts that came easily to him. He knew he wanted to obtain his MBA, and he prepared for the GMAT by participating in a classroom-style prep course. His diligence was rewarded when he obtained an impressive score that allowed him to attend the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating, Theo accepted a position with an international investment firm and relocated to Munich. While Theo loved the work he did, he soon found herself missing the sense of accomplishment and fulfilment he'd experienced when working with students. 

When Theo learned there was a local Manhattan Review office in Munich, he reached out about using his own experiences to help students prepare for the GMAT. He was quickly welcomed to the team, and his courses fill up almost as quickly as they are announced. His students appreciate his strong grasp of quantitative reasoning skills, as well as his business connections within the city, and Theo loves watching his students succeed.
