Now I am preparing for my GMAT tests. The course books Turbocharge Your GMAT and Official Guide For GMAT are very helpful. I think the combination of these two books is very good. What I like the most about Turbocharge Your GMAT course is Vocabulary lists. The other books don't provide such lists, but for me as a foreigner it is very important to learn the words that may appear in GMAT. For example, I was afraid not to understand a task in math section or to misunderstand it, and not to give correct answer to relatively easy question just because I didn't understand the data or the question. But after I learned Math Vocabulary list I very seldom misunderstand a task. Now the hardest GMAT task for me is Reading comprehension, because my vocabulary sometimes is not enough to understand a text, especially if it is historic matter. So now I am learning words from Vocabulary lists. Now I study hard every day, because I realize I am at a disadvantage in comparison to test takers, whose native language is English.

Meet a Hamburg GMAT Tutor: Mia D.
Mia D. grew up in Berlin but moved to Chicago in high school following her mother's job transfer. Mia remained in the United States for college, earning a bachelor's degree in finance from Northwestern University. During her undergrad, she worked part-time as a tutor in her university's learning lab and loved helping other students master concepts that came easily to her. She knew she wanted to obtain her MBA, so she prepared for the GMAT by participating in a classroom-style prep course. Her hard work was rewarded when she obtained an impressive score that allowed her to attend the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating, Mia accepted a position with an international investment firm and relocated to Hamburg. While Mia enjoyed the work she did, she soon found herself missing the sense of accomplishment and fulfilment she'd experienced when working with students.
When Mia learned there was a local Manhattan Review office in Hamburg, she reached out about helping students prepare for the GMAT. She was quickly welcomed to the team, and her courses fill up almost as quickly as they are announced. Her students appreciate her strong grasp of quantitative reasoning skills, as well as her business connections within the city, and Mia loves watching her students succeed. When she isn't guiding future executives to high test scores, Mia enjoys kayaking down the Alster and hosting potlucks with friends.
