Meet a Berlin LSAT Tutor: Helene P.

From a young age, Helene P envisioned a career as a social justice advocate. She wrote a political column in her school newspaper, in addition to serving on the student council and being an active member of the speech and debate team. She also worked hard to obtain high grades, eventually graduating near the top of her class. Helene was excited to attend the University of Toronto, where she majored in political science. She decided to pursue a career as a lawyer, providing her the chance to contribute to important social causes . Helene worked with a private tutor to prepare for the LSAT to be certain she could quickly and confidently solve even the most challenging problems. Her dedication was rewarded with an impressively high LSAT score, and she chose to attend Columbia University.

After graduating from Columbia, Helene accepted a position with a well-known firm in Berlin that specialized in contract law and also offered her opportunities to teach at a local university . She eventually chose to focus on teaching full-time and after obtaining a master's degree in education from the University of Maryland, she joined Manhattan Review with a focus on helping students prepare for the LSAT. Students appreciate her first-hand experience and supportive personality, and her calendar regularly fills up weeks in advance. When Helene isn't helping future lawyers excel on the LSAT, she can be found volunteering at an animal shelter and playing board games with friends.
